Yoga for Everybody (April 23rd) - Redlands, CA 2025

Join us for our new Yoga For Everybody class!

In this one-hour class, we will emphasize a slow, deep stretch for the body and mindful breathing to release the stress and tension of the day and prepare for a restful sleep. Angela is an experienced Hatha Yoga teacher and she can guide students of all levels including beginners, prenatal/postnatal and more. The class is both meditative and restorative and students will leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

Location: Joe R. Gonzalez Community Center (111. W Lugonia Ave)

Fee: $15 per class for drop-in or $11 per class for monthly series.

When: Wednesdays 7:30pm-8:30pm
