Consciously breathing using a two-stage Pranayama technique activates the parasympathetic nervous system putting your body in a relaxed state of being. Focusing on integrated practice of healing and studies in eastern and western healing modalities ever since. After two trips to India, hundreds of hours of training, thousands of hours in practice has led to the ability to share the experience that helped me heal in so many ways.
