Infant Massage

In our classes you will learn the techniques and benefits of infant massage, developing and deepening your bond with your child. You’ll be empowered as a parent, gaining the skills to aid symptoms of gas, colic, teething and constipation, as well as encouraging better sleep for your baby. 

We offer this class to parents/ carers/ grandparents with children up to 1 Year of age. 

Each infant massage course consists of four consecutive 90-minute classes and an additional 'follow-up class' at your convenience. In every class, we focus on massaging different parts of the body with the educator always using a doll to demonstrate the strokes.

 All classes include time for babies and parents to socialize with refreshments and guided discussions about various topics like child development, parenting, and more.

Yoga mats and cushions are provided for you and your infant's comfort.
