The frequencies emitted from the crystal sound bowls should drop you into a para sympathetic state. Passing through your body at a celluar level and healing your entire being.

From mind, body and soul togehter we will go on a sound journey to a beautiful place of bliss uitlizing different tools, bowls, gongs and music.

Consciously breathing using a two-stage Pranayama technique activates the parasympathetic nervous system putting your body in a relaxed state of being.

Instructor Bio: By using yoga,meditation, pranayama and sound therapy the transformation of healing and recovery started for Elias in 2013. Focusing on integrated practice of healing and studies in eastern and western healing modalities ever since. After two trips to India, hundreds of hours of training, thousands of hours in practice has led to the ability to share the experience that helped me heal in so many ways. I have developed my own style of mindfulness practices to guide others to find peace and ease within.
