Yoga In The Park With Cheri

We know not everyone wants to practice in the full sun of the beach-and are excited to add a park class to our schedule! Cheri may be new to some of you, but she has been teaching in HB for 12 years, and has a beautiful vinyasa/power flow class to offer. Students love the challenge and Cheri s gentle and inspiring way of teaching. Class is appropriate for all ages/levels of experience, with modifications offered for the newer students, and deeper expressions of poses offered for the more advanced yogis. Bring your mat, some water, and always a good idea to dress in layers for outdoor classes so you can stay comfortable in changing weather. See you in the park!!!
