Description We’ll introduce helpful learning tips that helps with
basic motor skills. The 4-5 week program will introduce a new activity
each week that is modified so that each age group can have a
developmentally positive experience. The benefits are far greater than
just physical health. It helps gain confidence, build positive
relationships, good sportsmanship and teamwork. We focus on fun, fair
play, and fundamentals and building confidence rather than being
competitive. We want everyone who participates in the program to learn
the sport but also have fun while doing it.
