Back by popular demand, Bella Vista Restaurant presents a Seafood Soirée on February 27th. Originally known as Thursday night's Seafood Buffet, the menu highlights many of the original favorites. Executive Chef Michael Patria infuses his passion for open fire cooking in the Big Green Egg grilled lobster tails with choice of chef garden herb butter. Additional menu standouts include a crawfish "boil", miso glazed black cod, poached shrimp, crab legs, oysters and much more.
