Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact
flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates
emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle
balance.

Drop in fee of $10 per class. You can pay the instructor or at the
Recreation Department located at the Morro Bay Community Center - 1001
Kennedy Way.
