You know that moment when you see the tantrum coming and you think:
"Oh, noooo! Here we go again..." Please join me in this class to learn
how to approach tantrums in the most effective way, without getting
triggered or upset (yes! this is possible). You will learn how to
approach a tantrum, how to help your child through the tantrum, how to
protect yourself (emotionally and if necessary physically) when the
tantrum happens, and how to empower your child to have less and
shorter explosive moments.
You are welcome to bring your real life examples and we will work with
them too!
This class is best suited for parents, teachers and caregivers of
children aged 2-8 but not exclusive.
This is an adults only class.
