The Changemakers@SV club from Carnegie Mellon University is hosting a
DESIGN THINKING WORKSHOP CONDUCTED BY DR. Rachel Dzombak. The
CHANGEMAKERS@SV CLUB supports the Integrated Innovation Institute's
mission - "Professionally train students to become future leaders", by
bringing a hands-on WORKSHOP ON _Design Thinking_. This workshop is
intended to provide students an introduction to this problem-solving
approach used by industry leaders like Apple and Google.
About Dr. _Rachel Dzombak_, she is an educator, researcher, and
strategist that currently teaches "DESIGN AND SYSTEMS THINKING" at
UC-Berkeley. She has completed a Ph.D. in Engineering, followed by a
Postdoctoral Fellowship at the Haas School of Business, and has
published a career book titled: _"Solving Problems that Matter (and
Getting Paid for it!)"_.
Join us at this workshop on Feb. 25th from 4:30 PM - 5:30 PM.
