The reason I do these annual Ayurveda wellness journeys is because an Ayurvedic Panchakarma is the fastest way I know how to get back to peak physical, mental and emotional health. Once we check in to Sitaram, we spend the next 14 days undergoing our tailored Panchakarma, detoxing through Ayurveda massages, oil baths, milk baths, fasting, colonics, herbal sauna and other therapies.
