Hello AYURVEDA ENTHUSIAST,If you have been meaning to travel to India
and were feeling nervous about going at it all by yourself, here is
your chance to travel with a group of sister-friends.
It gives me great pleasure to announce my 14-day group trip to Kerala,
India this September.
The reason I do these annual Ayurveda wellness journeys is because an
Ayurvedic Panchakarma is the fastest way I know how to get back to
peak physical, mental and emotional health.
Our destination is Sitaram Ayurveda Beach Retreat, a lush property by
the Arabian Sea, managed by Dr. Vignesh Devraj and his capable team.
You can read all the 95 5-star reviews about Sitaram Ayurveda Beach
Retreat and see a sample of pictures on my website, ayurgamaya.com
Our journey begins 1st week of September'17 at SFO, where a group of
8-10 of us catch our flight to the ancient port city of Cochin(COK),
the very starting point of the spice route. Vasco da Gama and
St.Thomas the Apostle walked these cobbled streets.
Emirates is currently offering a roundtrip economy fare of $1,039.
Once we check in to Sitaram, we spend the next 14 days undergoing our
tailored Panchakarma, detoxing through Ayurveda massages, oil baths,
milk baths, fasting, colonics, herbal sauna and other therapies.
Please read reviews of health regained here.
