Let’s Boss up! Please join us every Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30pm -
8pm. This class will help you improve stamina, balance and
coordination. Please wear comfortable clothes, shoes and bring a
bottle plus a towel! This is a good workout and you don’t won’t to
miss the fun.
