This is a ceramics program for older adult 55 years and up. This program consists of pouring clay slip into molds, preparing those green-ware pieces for firing, then painting and glazing those ceramic pieces for participants keepsake.
Registration for this program is done in office only.
Please read for more details at the bottom of the page.
Students must provide their own
casting slip clay (liquid clay). This can be purchased from Freeform Ceramics Store (1912 Cleveland Avenue National City, CA 91950).

The materials needed: is one gallon of casting slip clay (liquid clay), one small jar of Duncan glaze, one clean up tool for greenware and one sponge for clea can be purchased from Freeform Ceramics Store (1912 Cleveland Avenue National City, CA 91950).
