The primary objective of this workout is to increase hiking-related
intensity and strength. This will be achieved by reaching the summit
of one of the many peaks found throughout brand park in as little time
possible.
Methodology: ????
As time is a precious and valuable commodity for all Angelinos, we
will do an out and back route of less than 4 miles. This short hike
will be extremely intense, nonetheless. We will set a predetermined
time for all hikers to reach the summit. Once the times has passed,
all will be asked to return to our starting location. At the end of
the hike we will spend at least 10 minutes doing basic strength
training. The aim is to complete everything in less than 2 hours.

Meet up on the side of Brand Library facing the roundabout. See

What to bring:
Hiking boots or trail runners with good traction.
Water and electrolytes.
Head lamp with red light setting.
Trekking poles.
