Meetup every Saturday from 10:30am - 12:00pm for MEDITATION
PRACTICE. The PRACTICE INCLUDES TWO 30 MINUTE MEDITATION SESSIONS, 10
minutes of walking MEDITATION, a Dharma talk, and a brief Buddhist
service.Following the meditation practice, we have a brief period
where we straighten-up the zendo (meditation center). Afterwards, we
gather for an informal, vegetarian lunch and social gathering. All
are welcome to stay and break bread together!
