Would you like to reduce stress and increase resilience? Could you
benefit* from a simple pause in your day? Are you curious about
mindfulness? Mindfulness practices have scientific support as a means
to reduce stress, improve attention, boost the immune system, and
promote a general sense of health and well-being. These free 30-minute
sessions are open to all who are interested in learning how to live
more presently in life. No special clothing or equipment is required.
Sessions will be led by CMC staff member Karissa Sellman, a Certified
Mindfulness Teacher and integrative health coach. *For most people,
