Class Description
Building strength, the mind/body connection and flexibility, are just
a few of the realms we will explore through a mindful Vinyasa flow to
smooth Afrobeats music with a splash of meditative sounds. A mixed
level class that offers modifications and adjustments based on one's
own practice. Postures both powerful and restorative send the student
traveling through asanas linked to their inhales and exhales. Practice
ends with pranayama and meditation. Walk out feeling like you've just
gotten a full body massage!
