low-impact workout designed to strengthen muscles, increase
flexibility, and improve overall health for men and women of all
backgrounds and fitness levels. In order to help with focus and
unleash your inner athlete, the class is performed in a room with mood
changing colors, creating a nightclub like atmosphere. Prepare to
