California’s largest single-location pet adoption event is happening in Berkeley.

Berkeley Humane’s Bark (& Meow) Around the Block is bringing together 300+ adoptable animals and 30+ shelters and rescues for one incredible day, all working together to help pets find new loving homes.

Come meet dogs, cats, puppies, kittens, and more. All animals have been spayed/neutered, microchipped, vaccinate, medically cleared for adoption, and are ready to go home. Now they just need someone to choose them.

Summer is one of the most challenging times for animal shelters. By bringing so many organizations and adoptable animals together in one place, these animals have an extraordinary opportunity to meet the people who can change their lives. 

Admission is FREE, Berkeley Humane adoption fees are waived, and additional adoption specials will be available. Plus, enjoy great food, a beer garden, more than 30+ pet-loving vendors, a local DJ, and more.
