Join us for an out of this world tribute to the most iconic space film in the world! At our May the 4th Be With You tribute run, the force will undoubtedly be with us as we bravely embark on this challenge of endurance! RACE DETAILS START LOCATION: 2000 Ocean Ave Santa Monica, CA US 90405 PARKING: We recommend the paid parking lot near the start line. Parking ranges from $10 to $15 depending on the time of the year. If you arrive before the attendant is on duty, you can pay at the machine near the lot entrance. If you park on the street, please read all signs carefully. EVENT SCHEDULE: 6:20AM Bib pick-up opens at the start 7:00AM Half marathon start 7:30AM 5k & 10k start 10:20AM Course closes (3 hours, 20 minutes for the Half) _ Early start of 6:30am may be pre-arranged in advance for half marathoners, email your request to [email protected] . All early starters will not be eligible for awards. _Out and Back Course 5K & 10K the 5k route is used for the 5k (one lap) and 10k (two laps) route here [https://www.mapmyrun.com/routes/view/6226138849/] HALF MARATHON a 4.37-mile route is used for the half. Runners do three laps route here [https://www.mapmyrun.com/routes/view/6226142341/] More About the Course This is an out and back course, meaning you will begin and finish in the same location. _Our courses are not closed, which means that there are often runners, walkers, and others enjoying the day along with you. Safety is must and all runners must stay on the pedestrian side of the beach path. The course never goes off the beach path. _ON-COURSE SUPPORT: Courses are well marked with two water stations and restrooms along the way.
