Our water aerobics program provides an hour long workout session for persons looking to improve their physical fitness and mobility.
Classes are user friendly to both swimmers and non-swimmers as the majority of class takes place in the shallow end.
Our coach is willing to create modifications tailored to you to ensure that you are being as challenged while enjoying the benefits of working out in the water.
