Our Senior Hiking Program is tailored to fit your needs, offering thoughtfully selected trails and routes that provide the perfect opportunity to encounter nature and observe local wildlife. These hikes are designed to accommodate a variety of fitness levels, making it easy to explore the beauty of our surroundings while engaging with the natural world. These hikes have been designed with seniors in mind, but they vary in difficulty – some are gentle nature walks, while other include moderate climbs and rugged terrain. Each hike offers a relaxed pace with plenty of stops to take in scenery, enjoy nature, and rest as needed.

Meeting Details:
Please meet at Sarzotti Park Front office, located at 510 Park Rd. by 8:30 AM. We will be departing for the trailheads in our City Vans and will leave promptly at 8:35 AM.
Attire:
Comfortable clothes where you can easily move around in. Walking/Hiking closed-toed shoes/boots
What to Bring:
Water bottle, Sun protection including sunscreen, hat, and sunglasses, and a Light snack (if needed)Optional: Walking poles for stability, Binoculars for wildlife viewing.
