Description
Increase flexibility, strength, and balance in this fun hour long
class. Exercises will be done both standing and seated on chairs. No
floor work is required. We will be using light weights, as well as
resistance bands to build muscle power. Standing and moving exercises
to improve balance and overall strength will be a major component of
the class, as well as various stretches for muscles and joints where
we may experience tightness and fatigue. You will feel increased
strength and stability, as well as more flexible and energized after
class. 4 classes.
