Description Enjoy the many benefits of an age-old practice which calms
the body, mind, and spirit. Hatha Yoga is a breath based yoga which
includes stretches, postures, breathing practices, and deep
relaxation. You will build strength and flexibility over time with
regular practice. Each student is encouraged to practice within their
own comfort zone and at their own level. This is a place to destress
and restore our physical vitality and peace of mind. I look forward to
seeing you on the mat. A yoga mat and small blanket is recommended.
*No class on July 7th. 5 classes.
