Description It is never too late to take ballet! Sculpt long, lean muscles, improve balance and flexibility while building strength and technique. Class taught by former professional dancer Marti Neal in an informal setting accompanied by music. This is an ongoing, progressive class includes terminology, barre, center, adage/allegro and across the floor movements. Wear closely fitted dancewear and ballet slippers after first class meeting.
