Description This class is designed for individuals who are comfortable
in the water and have mastered basic swimming techniques. It focuses
on refining stroke techniques, increasing endurance, and developing a
deeper understanding of the four competitive swimming strokes.
Participants will work towards improving efficiency, speed, and
stamina in the water. Previous level must be completed before this
class.
