Join HAZEL KEELAN IN THIS 5 WEEK SEMINAR SERIES LOOKING AT HOW A WIDE
VARIETY OF ARTISTS AND ART MOVEMENTS HAVE BEEN INSPIRED AND KEPT
WORKING IN TIMES OF DIFFICULTY, personal conflict and isolation. Each
week we will examine different artists or MOVEMENTS, with a visual
introduction, discussion and chance to share on personal parallels. We
will look at OUTSIDERS ART, Naive and Folk Art, Matisse, Picasso,
Pollock and more._CLASS IS STILL OPEN FOR ENROLLMENT, LATE REGISTRANTS
HAVE ACCESS TO VIDEOS RECORDED FROM PREVIOUS CLASS MEETINGS._

ABOUT HAZEL KEELAN
Hazel studied at Chelsea and Reading art schools and worked as a
visual and community artist and in arts administration in the UK
before coming to the US in 2007. Hazel is also a lifelong musician and
teaches violin and piano in the community. Her joy in life is finding
personal expression and fulfillment through creativity; this new class
will be designed to help all who join in becoming newly inspired for
themselves.
ABOUT PACIFIC ART LEAGUE
