Women’s Soul Circle January 26th, 2020

The Women’s Soul-Circle is a 3 hour experience that feels like a half-day women's retreat to invest in your self care with others who place value on connecting with like-hearted women.

Sitting in a Soul Circle creates a sacred space to talk openly and get straight to the heart of matters through voluntary story sharing as well as a mini workshop component led by founder and lifecoach, Angela Aguirre. 

“What is your intention for 2020" is the focus topic for this Soul Circle that invites discussion around:

• Clarity around what you hold most dear to your heart  

• Showing how purpose can be more important than a definite plan

• Creating an intentional vision board for 2020

• The importance of accountability and supportive relationships

A poster board will be provided and you'll be creating your own Intention Vision Board. (supplies included)

The Women's Soul Circle is an invitation to experience feeling seen, heard and valued by a supportive sisterhood community and empowering you to live authentically as a fully expressed woman.

Together we will:

• Announce shared intention and circle introductions.

• Do a centering exercise

• Open with shared story by host, Angela Aguirre

• Learn a technique to improve being a deep listener 

• Open up to volunteers who would like to share their own story

• Workshop component around Intentions & creating a vision board
