562-948-4844 OR Walk-ins welcome. When we think of meditation, we
automatically relate it to “relaxation” or “feeling good”. In
fact, Chan Meditation, one of the most powerful meditation schools,
advocates to sit and endure discomforts while meditating in sitting
posture. In fact, only hard work and consistent effort will produce
genuine results in meditation training. For the past years, we have
trained countless students who already meditated for many years but
couldn't get the results they wanted. We are not here to please you
and make you feel good, and we are here to help you so that you can
get what you want! What is Chan MeditationChan meditation is the most

Chan".What we’ll do- We start by greeting and stretching- Learn
