Join Tae Kwon Do in the park! Tae Kwon Do is a form of traditional
Korean Karate. This style is based on strong fundamentals with
graceful yet explosive movements without direct contact. Besides the
benefits of physical activity, martial arts train both the mind and
the body. It builds self character, self control, improves
concentration and focus. This class works well with all ages and will
be a mix of grade school children, adults, and families of all levels.
