Description

Aerobics with a Latin kick! This is the ideal class to have fun while getting in shape. It combines aerobics, dance and exercise all to a salsa beat! The workout benefits include flexibility, conditioning and shaping-up. Uno-dos-tres.....it's a fun workout. All Social Distancing and Face Covering requirements will be followed.

You may attend this class for a daily drop-in fee of $7. This fee is payable at front counter prior to class start time. Drop-in fee's are only available if there is space in the class.

No Class December 8-13, 2025, due to facility being closed for cleaning week.

No class December 24-25, & 30-31 due to Holidays.
