The evening will begin with a welcome cocktail created by Justin Bond
using Westward “The Bay” cask strength. The first course of
halibut with fennel purée, uni and caviar topped with garlic beurre
blanc will be paired with Westward “Chardonnay Cask” followed by
beef short ribs with garlic soy glaze and jumbo shrimp and Westward
“Pinot Noir Cask.” Next will be a Tajima N.Y. strip steak with

Westward, based in Portland, Oregon, began in 2004 with the vision of
making a distinctive American whiskey inspired by the American
Northwest and have subsequently become notable for unique production
techniques resulting in the highest rated American Single Malt
whiskey.
