April 21, 2021Dear Hog Farm Hideaway Family, We are sad to announce that the inaugural Hog Farm Hideaway is officially postponed to June 10-12, 2022. Due to the uncertainty of the public health situation and current California reopening guidelines, we simply cant guarantee an event this year that is in line with the vision of the festival. The best way to support the festival, the artists and staff is to hang onto your tickets until next year. All tickets will be honored next June. By hanging on to your tickets you will also take advantage of current ticket pricing. For those of you who have held on thus far, we are truly grateful. If you cannot make it next June, we are opening a 30-day refund window until May 21, 2021. Ticket holders will receive an email with specific refund request instructions. Black Oak Ranch is home to The Hog Farm, one of the oldest, continuously running communes in the United States. The Hog Farm has a long history of producing and participating in iconic music festivals and events, most notably the original Woodstock Music Festival in 1969. In more recent years, The Hog Farm co-produced Electric on the Eel and The Pignic 1987 - 2001 and Earthdance, 2004-2010. The Kate Wolf Music Festival has been hosted at BOR since 2001. Black Oak Ranch offers an intimate festival site in a majestic setting of oak woodlands, meadows and year round creeks; a perfect place for families and friends to gather. The String Cheese Incident has a long tradition of bringing the community together and creating magical experiences in beautiful places. The band has not had a west coast annual event since the Hornings Hideout festival in Oregon, which ended in 2013.
