Learn how to draft a custom bodice sloper and sleeve PATTERN USING YOUR OWN MEASUREMENTS IN THIS 3-day PATTERN MAKING WORKSHOP WITH FASHION DESIGNER AND COUTURIER KENNETH D. King. The moulage is the foundation of the pattern drafting system taught by the Ecole Guerre-Lavigne in Paris. This is a system of measuring the figure, calculating, and drafting a pattern that will fit the torso like a second skin, incorporating any of the infinite variations of shape the human figure can take. This is not just a small group workshop, it is an event! We truly go all out - the space is beautiful and inviting, the setting small and intimate. SKILLS DEVELOPED: in this workshop, you will learn: * How to take accurate measurements * Draft a custom bodice and sleeve slopers, using your own measurements.
