Stretch Exercise is a great way to strengthen your joints and help keep you mobile and active. Exercises are performed while sitting in a chair or standing to allow for stability. This class will offer a variety of slow stretching and lengthening exercise movements to get heart rate pumping and utilizing various muscles.
