Swimming-Red Cross Lifeguard Training - Poway, CA 2025

Description Internet Registration has not begun yet. Check Registration Dates in details. Lifeguard training course teaches the necessary skills to become a professional lifeguard. Upon successful completion of the course, participants will earn their certification for Lifeguarding/First Aid/CPR/AED. Portions of this class are taught online in between listed class meetings. 100% attendance and participation is required. There is a water skills pre-test on the first day of class that must be passed in order to continue the rest of the course. The class fee includes materials, book, and a resuscitation mask. Must be 15 years of age by the first day of class.
