Heather is the President and CEO of HNM Systems, a multi-million dollar international staffing firm that provides world-class talent to the high-technology industry. Heather conceived and built the business model for HNM Systems. She brings more than sixteen years’ experience in the technology sector as both an executive and an entrepreneur. Prior to founding HNM Systems, Heather served as an executive officer for a technical staffing firm in San Diego, California. Under her leadership, the company achieved a 900% growth rate over a six-year period and subsequently was named one of San Diego’s 100 Fastest-Growing Private Companies for six years in a row. Heather holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from San Diego State University and is committed to continuing education. She has completed OSHA’s 10-hour training course and is certified by ComTrain as an Authorized Tower Climber/Rescuer. Heather has received a regional sales championship award from Dale Carnegie Training and is a member of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization, a global business network for entrepreneurs. Heather and her husband are active supporters of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Greek InterVarsity and, of course, their children.
