In these times we can face many times of challenges- discomfort,
difficulty, feelings of unpleasantness- which are all part of dealing
with the changing-ness of these times. And amidst this, you may be
finding it more difficult to manage as unresolved or past wounds are
rising to the surface and need your attention in a new way. This
retreat is an opportunity to practice MINDFULNESS AND SOMATIC
MEDITATIONS IN NATURE TO SUPPORT YOU HEALING THE
TRAUMAS/wounds/intensities you may be facing at this time.Nature
offers beautiful support to the practice of mindfulness to cultivate a
deeper sense of awakening in our body, mind, and heart. In this
retreat, we will practice mindfulness nature meditations and somatic
experiencing practices to help you heal trauma and difficulties you
are struggling with. You will learn ways to integrate these practices
into your everyday life that will support your healing journey. We
will be with the beauty and healing grace of the waters of the river
and ocean and meet at Hospitality Point Park to support the healing of
the body, mind, and heart in this way.
NOTE: We will be meeting at the Hospitality Point Park Gazebo (***If
