Mother’s Day at Covewood at San Diego Mission Bay Resort

Celebrate MOTHER’s Day on the bay! COVEWOOD, the signature restaurant at the city’s newest luxury RESORT, SAN DIEGO MISSION BAY RESORT, invites guests to enjoy a safe, memorable experience for those looking to celebrate – with a special menu to celebrate MOTHER’s Day. The festive offerings will be available at the RESORT’s COVEWOOD RESTAURANT ON SUNDAY, May 9, from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. In addition to the delicious traditional menu at Covewood, the restaurant will be offering two Mother’s Day menu items: Eggs In a Basket with toasted brioche and hollandaise ($18), and Monte Cristo with cotto ham, gruyere, camembert, and lobster roll ($21) MENU ITEMS Eggs In A Basket ($18): toasted brioche, hollandaise, bacon lardons, sugar snap pea & tomato salad Monte Cristo ($21): cotto ham, gruyere, camember, lobster roll, waffle batter, lemon curd dip, seasonal berries, orange blossom crème anglaise
