Expect a 2nd room dedicated all night long to Heavy Bass (Trap, Hardstyle, Jack Bass, Hard House, Future Bass, Moombahton, etc.) and a main stage journey through the best of big room house, progressive/electro house, heavy style, future house and even psytrance to create a once in a lifetime musical journey. Paid tickets and pre-purchased tables are fully transferrable (online tranfer of registration is not activited but is not required to transfer). Artist guest list tickets must match the name on identification of holder to be valid, and are not traansferable under any circumstances. A limited number of pre-registered free entry admission tickets are being offered to the general public on a first come, first serve basis. As with artist guest list, the identification of the holder of these free entry tickets must match the name on the ticket, and are not transferable under any circumstances. In both cases, no exceptions will be made with regard to name match to valid identification, and no free tickets will be honored for anyone not personally present in the designated early access line by 10:30pm sharp. Security will close this line and no late arrival exceptions will be made. On the other hand, we cherish our patrons and do not believe in playing "games" such as holding our guests outside past a time deadline and then forcing a charge. So if you hold a valid free ticket, in your name, and are present in line at 10:30, your admission will be free regardless of what time you are granted entry by security. And the "free ticket" line will be granted entry as quickly as possible and not held in preferece of paid general admission ticket holders (other than table bookings which will receive priority entry). Can I update my registration information? No, but all if your ticket type is transferrable (marked on your ticket), you may transfer it to another person without changing your information online prior to the event. Artist or GA free tickets are not transferrable and must match name on your identification. Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? We recommend having a printed ticket iwith you in case of cell phone issues or technical issues arising on site with our ticket scanning platform. What is the refund policy? No refunds. The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay? This depends on the ticket type as set forth on such ticket. Free or guest list tickets are not transferable.
