A therapeutically designed yoga class devoted to self-care, yogic
tools to manage illness and stress, with an emphasis on the
enlightened journey to your inner guru. The ancient path of meditative
yoga is only now being researched in depth. Vagal tone, mindfulness
practices, skillful breathing, slow movements, and a variety of
meditative techniques for every soul are explored. In this sacred
space among friends, we slow down and show up for ourselves.
Caregivers are welcomed, too.
