Week 2 : Feet - 2/9/19
Unwind the tension and stress in your feet. Align the four corners of
each foot to the earth and create stability, firmness and a healthy
and strong foundation.
Week 3 : Legs - 2/16/19
Standing poses are the entire foundation of the asana practice. They
strengthen and lengthen the muscles, align the bones and help to build
confidence and sturdiness to get through the challenging times.
Week 4 : Hips - 2/23/19
The standing poses lead us to the hips. In this class we will learn
the specific skillful actions to that allow us to open our hips safely
and with ease which often creates immediate release of stress ,
physically and emotionally.
Week 5 : Spine - 3/2/19
We are only as young as the health of our spine. Learn the proper
alignment of your spine and how to move it safely in all its
directions supported by a strong core.
