ABOUT THE SPEAKERS Sheba Najmi is a Senior Design Manager at LinkedIn, leading a very talented and fun team of product designers responsible for the LinkedIn Profile. Sheba has a 15-year background in User Experience and Product. In her spare time, Sheba volunteers on strategy with Code for Pakistan, a non-profit she started 6 years ago that pairs technologists with government to help make public services user-centered. Her other passions include the Lindy Hop, marine conservation scuba diving, traveling to places on and off the beaten path, and speaking about human-centered civic technology. Sheba has MS and BS degrees in Symbolic Systems from Stanford University. Kristine Yuen is a Design Lead at LinkedIn for the Pages product. She studied business and was introduced to the world of UX design as a consultant at Deloitte Digital. She has over 8 years of experience working on enterprise and consumer digital products across multiple Fortune 500 companies in the retail, consumer and industrial products, healthcare, financial, and high-tech industries. In her free time, Kristine enjoys mentoring students, cooking, traveling, and doing active things. She has a Master's of Interaction Design from the California College of the Arts and a Bachelor’s of Business from the University of Notre Dame.
