Public Speaking and 3 C's:Confidence, Creativity&Comedy

Whether you’re an entrepreneur, CEO, teacher, or anyone whose job or desired job requires speaking in front of others, this class will help you gain the confidence, presence, and charisma to connect with your audience. You’ll learn how to reinvent text for more exciting and engaging delivery, think creatively, and produce memorable out-of-the-box presentations while having a great time in the process. Finally, you’ll learn techniques for keeping content fresh during repeat uses. This class is taught by Allison Goldberg of GoldJam Creative, a company that teaches communication skills to companies and individuals. Clients include Spotify, Squarespace, Time Warner, Buzzfeed, Huge, and more. Allison is also the creators of Blogologues, a New York-based sketch comedy show in which Reddit threads, Yelp reviews, tweets, and more are performed live and verbatim onstage. The show has been featured in WIRED, Forbes, Time Out New York, and more. In this class, Allison takes her experience reimagining text onstage, and teach participants how to present with confidence and apply the principles of reinventing text to general public speaking situations.
