Have an Impact with Your STREET ART!
Learn from start to finish how to construct and paint a GRAFFITI WORD
AND BACKGROUND WITH AN ACCOMPLISHED SPRAYCAN ARTIST. Or maybe you want
to paint a crazy image. There are several steps in making the magic
happen.
The first part will be a brief introduction on the history of GRAFFITI
ART FOLLOWED BY A DISCUSSION ON STYLES OF GRAFFITI. Make sure you
bring your painting clothes and shoes because chances are you will get
paint on them! An additional $25 is needed to purchase your spray
paint from the nearby paint store we will visit after introducing the
course. Then we will return to the site and get down on a tight
GRAFFITI PIECE! This is a great team building experience as we will
get to know each other. Once we brainstorm a concept we can begin the
fun process of painting.
We will begin with painting the background for a special word to be
constructed. Once we have a word to paint, I will show you how to hold
the can and learn can control in perfecting a straight line or circle.
You will learn that different nozzles will be applied to make thin to
thick lines. Our word will be colorful and we can give it 3D effect
and rendering. We can even add a cartoon character to it! Join me for
the fun. I have wall locations set up around SAN FRANCISCO or this can
be done inside your office or living space.
****** We will be meeting at Art Supply store to purchase Spray Cans
and Canvas (If you'd like your art to be taken home), it will be about
$15-25 for the paint and Canvas varies by the size.
