*Rainbow Salad - A more casual version of a Malaysian festive salad
with assorted vegetables, citrus pulp, tangy plum sesame dressing,
ground spices, crackers and peanuts.
*Crab Served in 3 Popular MALAYSIAN STYLES [SPICY!] - Crab in
pre-cracked shells, prepared in 3 ways:
(1) Cured yolk & cereal crab. Mild. (2) Black pepper crab. Spicy. (3)
Chilli and crab butter stew with fried buns. Spicy. All crabs served
in pre-cracked shells so expect to get a little messy eating with your
fingers.
*Crab Butter Fried Rice - Seafood fried rice with crab butter.
*Nama Chocolate and more - Homemade Japanese style extra creamy soft
chocolate, similar to Royce' from Hokkaido. Paired with another sweet
treat of the day.
