PLANT BASED DIET 101This workshop is for the plant curious. We all know a plant based diet is better for our bodies and our planet. It can be daunting to add new dishes to your routine. Amy is here to demystify the process for us. With tips and tricks that comes from years of professional experience, she will show us real life hacks to incorporate plants into our dinner plates. Come and get inspired! Together we will learn ways to add in more whole plant foods, what to look for when you shop and some simple and creative recipes. We will also talk about the health benefits of plant foods, the environmental impact and how to create lasting changes. - You will create your own weekly meal plan so you can leave armed for change. - Make your own chia seed pudding to take home! We are monitoring the situation hour by hour, but as of now, The Collab is open for business. Here are some of the procedures in place as of last week to help prevent the spread of this virus: - All working surfaces, door knobs and bathroom are cleaned and disinfected twice per day- If you are or you are living with someone who is displaying any symptoms of illness, we respectfully ask that you not enter our space until the symptoms clear. - If you are working or attending an event at The Collab SF, please do wash your hands frequently. We have plenty of soap in the bathroom!
