The Winery
The vineyard was planted in 1904 with some vines as thick as tree
trunks. Through five generations the Heitz family has grown and
continued the vision, with Shypoke Cellars taking more than their fare
share of awards. In the northwest corner of Napa, they are keeping
Charbono relevant as well their amazing Cabernet Sauvignon. They will
be here presenting four selections that you'll have special
one-night-only tasting room level pricing to take home with you.
The Event
This will be a Four Course Tasting Meal with Wines Paired for each
course, and will include the opportunity to meet and engage with the
winemaker himself, Peter Heitz, as well Matt Woods, our Amazing Chef.
As a guest at the dinner you will also have access to special reserve
one-night-only pricing on bottles of the wines to go. Please join us
in celebrating the wine offerings of Calistoga's famed Shypoke
Cellars. The founders of Scopo Divino will be present as well, we look
forward to seeing you here.
There will of course be vegetarian options but we're excited to see
how Chef Matt ties this all together, he is an artist extraordinaire.
The first seating will be at 6pm, the second at 8:30pm. We ask that
guests for the second seating not show prior to 8:15pm as we have
limited room.
