of the God of Fortune This is THE day to celebrate with a banquet as a
welcome to wealth and prosperity! Many food items are served as
symbols of good fortune, including dumplings, fish , and tangerines In
honor of the 5th day of Chinese New Year, we’ve prepared a special
5-course tasting menu to optimize and maximize your harmony, blessing,
wealth, longevity, and happiness for 2020!! —— Here’s our
Build-Your-Own 5-Course Tasting Menu symbolizing the 5 treasures of
good life. Estimated Cost ~$88 Menu / $128 Menu w/ Wine Pairing,
however total cost depends on course selections: . . . . . First
Course (Harmony): choice of 1) House-made tofu, poached oyster, xiao
sing wine beurre blanc, scalion oil, crispy ginger, or 2) "Buddha
jumps over the wall" soup, abalone, dried scallop, fish maw, bamboo
pith, sea cucumber Second Course (Blessing): Palette Dim Sum Sampler:
king crab dumpling, black truffle with squid ink dumpling, lobster siu
mai with quail egg Third Course (Wealth): choice of 1) Eight Treasure
Quail, boneless quail with truffle-infused sticky rice, or 2) Seared
Jumbo Day Boat Scallop wrapped in crispy noodles, or 3) Seared A5
Wagyu Steak , braised daikon, beef tendon chips (+$28 supplement), or
4) Golden Egg Lobster (half), half lobster cooked in golden salted egg
(+$18 supplement) Fourth Course (Longevity): choice of 1) Vegetarian
YiFu Noodles with Chanterelle and exotic wild mushrooms, or 2) Uni
YiFu Noodles with dungeness crab meat Dessert (Happiness): 1) Lychee

special dessert combines sour (tangerine), bitter (matcha), and spicy

pm: Lion Dance. We will be making our rounds at Ghirardelli Square to
