Leslie Schrock is an investor and entrepreneur with a decade of
experience working at the intersection of health and technology. She
helped grow Rock Health, a startup accelerator and venture fund, from
an idea to a globally-known firm with over 100 portfolio companies and
more than one billion dollars in funding. Her first book, BUMPIN’
(with Simon and Schuster) is a guide to pregnancy, from conception
through postpartum. When she’s not writing, Leslie spends her time
with startups improving the way we live. Leslie was named one of Fast
Company’s Most Creative People in Business, and her work has been
featured in publications including NPR, Time, GQ, Entrepreneur, Wired,

Michaela Cruze started moving in a dance studio at the age of 4 and
hasn’t stopped since. She holds a BFA in Dance Performance from
Chapman University and is a Certified Personal Trainer. She
professionally dances for LEVYdance, FACT/SF, and RAWdance in San
Francisco. She began personal training after spending years recovering
from overuse and acute injuries related to dance. She works primarily
with women who are or are thinking about becoming pregnant as well as
women who are transitioning into or are currently in menopause.
Michaela believes workouts should be effective, efficient, and
energizing, and that you should leave each workout feeling like a
better version of yourself.
